PRODUCT USAGE
Each individual product purchased is licensed for use on one website only. You must make additional purchases in order to use the product on other websites.
MODIFIYING PRODUCTS
You are allowed to modify the code within our products in any way desired to suit your requirements. However, you may not redistribute or re-release any of our products under any circumstances.

UNAUTHORISED USE
You may not resell or otherwise make available any of our products without prior written consent from TRRacked Add-Ons.

UPDATES
TRRacked Add-Ons will release updates to our products from time to time. While there is often no charge for such updates, the client may be required to purchase any of these updates which may become available.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Our products are delivered via Instant Download and thus should be instantly available after purchase. If you have any problem downloading our products please contact our support team who will assist you right away.

TRANSFERRING LICENSES
You may not sub-license, re-assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from TRRacked Add-Ons.

INTELLECTUAL OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual ownership to any of our products, even if they are modified. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Refunds are offered only if a product cannot be made to work on a client site, with this fact confirmed by ourselves. Under no other circumstances shall a refund be provided unless at the sole discretion of TRRacked Add-Ons.

PRODUCT SUPPORT
We provide support via email and guarantee a response within 2 business days unless there is a message on our website stating otherwise.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
TRRacked Add-Ons does not ‘warranty’ or ‘guarantee’ these products in any manner and thus cannot be sure they will function with all 3rd party extensions or templates. All TRRacked Add-Ons products are tested to work on all major browsers, including Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera and Apple Safari.

CUSTOM/PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Project Output
Unless stated otherwise TRRacked Add-Ons will own the sole intellectual rights to any code completed as a custom development, and may reuse or sell any code as a separate product.

Cancellation
Cancellation of custom projects must be requested via email. TRRacked Add-Ons will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the cancellation request is made.

Payment
Payment details are discussed on a project by project basis. However, any custom work  does require a 50% deposit upon inception of the project  and custom work completed shall not be installed on a clients site or presented to the client without full payment having been received.
Ownership and Unauthorised Use
You may not resell any part of a custom developed project without prior written consent from TRRacked Add-Ons. TRRacked Add-Ons will still retain sole rights to all parts of the project. Upon full payment TRRacked Add-Ons will grant a licence for the custom developed project to be used on one website only.

TRRacked Add-Ons reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time and without prior notice. By procuring a service from TRRacked Add-Ons, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
You understand and agree that in TRRacked Add-Ons sole discretion and without prior notice, TRRacked Add-Ons may terminate your access to this website, cancel any ongoing projects you are involved with, terminate any existing product licences you hold, or exercise any other action available if  TRRacked Add-Ons believes that you have violated, or your actions are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient recovery to TRRacked Add-Ons for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. TRRacked Add-Ons may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. TRRacked Add-Ons is not required to provide any refund to you if you have violated these Terms and Conditions
